Welcome to QuantumLabss ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered lead generation and advertising optimization services ("Services").
Our Services provide businesses with qualified leads through our proprietary AI technology that analyzes and optimizes advertising channels. Pricing is based on qualified leads generated, ranging from $40 to $60 per lead depending on the advertising channel used.
Access to our Services requires contacting our sales team and completing a qualification process. There is no self-service registration.
Fees for Services are billed per qualified lead as defined in our pricing model. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our Services.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services are and will remain our exclusive property.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
